We will accept a return of the item in its original condition with less shipping expenses for up to 2 days as long as the labels are attached to the item. Items must be unworn in the original packaging.

If the return is due to my fault or damage, all shipping costs are refunded.

There are no refunds for unclaimed packages due to local taxes or other reasons.

Our jewelry is crafted in solid 14K gold, a durable and timeless material designed to be worn and treasured over time.

To help preserve its natural shine and refined finish, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, perfume, and cosmetic products.

Although 14K gold is suitable for everyday wear, we recommend removing delicate pieces before sleeping, swimming, exercising, or any activity that may place pressure on the design, clasp, or setting.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to help prevent scratches.

To clean, gently rinse with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. You may also wipe the piece gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed.
