Shipping times vary based on the shipping destination. 

Orders placed after 8:00 AM (UTC) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 6:00 AM (UTC). 

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us first, as we will try our best to fix the problem for you.

We will accept a return of the item in its original condition with less shipping expenses for up to 2 days as long as the labels are attached to the item. Items must be unworn in the original packaging.

If the return is due to my fault or damage, all shipping costs are refunded.

There are no refunds for unclaimed packages due to local taxes or other reasons.

♡ Do not wear it to the pool, spa, or the beach.

♡ Remove when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physical activities.

♡ Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.

♡ Avoid contact with alcohol or soap.  

♡ Always store the jewelry in a cool, dry place, out of direct light, and away from moisture and extreme heat.

♡ It is better to keep the jewelry in cellophane paper.

♡ The jewelry can be gently wiped with dry cotton or dry cloth for cleaning.
